General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of 3W MEDICAL GmbH:

1. scope
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between 3W MEDICAL GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the customers of our online shop dein-gesundheitszeugnis.de (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”). The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for online courses that are placed via the seller's online shop.
2. Conclusion of contract
   2.1 The presentation of the online courses in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer by the buyer.
   2.2 By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase an online course. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's offer by allowing the buyer to access the online course.
3. Prices and payment terms
   3.1 The prices stated are in the respective national currency and include statutory VAT.
   3.2 Payment is made using the payment methods provided by the online shop.
   3.3 After receipt of payment, the buyer receives an email confirmation and access details for the online course.
4. Availability and delivery
   4.1 The online courses are available to the buyer as a digital download immediately after purchase.
   4.2 The Seller endeavors to ensure that the online courses are available at all times. However, no guarantee can be given for constant availability, in particular due to technical malfunctions or maintenance work.

Right of withdrawal and return
5.1 Since the online courses are digital content that is available for download immediately after purchase, the buyer's right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
5.2 An exchange or return of the online courses is excluded.

Intellectual property
6.1 The online courses and all related materials, including text, images, videos and audio recordings, are protected by copyright.
6.2 The buyer only acquires a simple, non-transferable right of use for his own personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, publication or transfer of the content to third parties is prohibited.

Disclaimer
7.1 The seller assumes no liability for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the information provided in the online courses.
7.2 The seller is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the online courses, unless they are due to intent or gross negligence.

8.1 The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our data protection declaration , which is part of these terms and conditions.

Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
9.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the seller.
