According to German law, it is necessary that you receive instructions and a certificate in accordance with Section 43 Paragraph 1 of the Infection Protection Act before you begin working in the food sector, catering or the exhibition industry. This instruction is also referred to as a health certificate, hygiene instruction or health instruction.

This instruction can only be issued by your local health department or a licensed specialist. Dr. med. Since 2012, Johannes Wiesholler has been approved to issue certificates in accordance with Section 43 of the Infection Protection Act, also known as a health certificate. These infection protection instructions are valid and recognized throughout Germany.
