The legislature stipulates that, in accordance with Sections 42 and 43 of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG), infection protection instructions and a certificate are required before working in the food sector for the first time. This measure serves to protect public health and prevent infectious diseases.
In order to make access to the infection protection instructions as easy as possible for you, we offer you the opportunity to book and complete the course completely electronically and online with us. This allows you to schedule your time flexibly so that you can complete the course from the comfort of your own home.
Sequence
1. Order:
Start the process by placing your order for the infection protection instruction on our website.
2. Receive email and have ID ready: After you have submitted your order, you will receive an email with further information. Also have your ID card or passport ready to identify you.
IMPORTANT: At this point you can enter your personal data again and correct it if necessary if the certificate is to be issued under a different name and differs from the name of the person ordering it.
3. Select training documents for your initial instruction according to the Infection Protection Act: After your identity has been confirmed, you will receive access to our training system. You will receive both written exam documents and an accompanying video in your desired language.
4. Take the exam: After you have studied the training documents, you will take the infection protection instruction exam.
5. Certificate received: After successfully completing the test, you will receive your infection protection certificate (Infektionsschutzbelehrung) via email.
Our online infection protection course includes all the necessary content and provides you with the necessary knowledge about infection routes, hygienic rules of conduct and measures to prevent illnesses in the food sector. After successful completion, you will receive an official certificate confirming your participation and the knowledge you have acquired.
Important note: To take part in our online infection protection course, we need the following information from you: A valid email address, a valid telephone number and a photo of the front and back of your ID card or passport. We ask you to keep this information available accordingly.
Return/Cancellation: Please note that our courses are digital products that will be made available to you for download online immediately after your order. Due to this type of product, there is no right of return or cancellation in accordance with Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the Civil Code (BGB).
